I wanted to take this time and address a recent blog that was posted at 12am on July 4th,2012 by a third party blogger regarding bbwfanfest. The Link was Twitted. through BBWfanfest.
Please understand I am not affiliated with Plush the night club, BBwfanfest, or any association with the venues at the Tuscany Hotel on July13 through July 15, 2012.
I am not in any means putting anyone in a postion of disloyalty or in situations that could cause harm, or demean the creditability of the current events that are coming. I am and as well as BigMouth Promotions are not encouraging models who have contracts to not honor the commitment and jeopardize their websites or which could hold them in breach of contracts.
There has been a a series of incidents that have taken place with bbwfanfest employees that warrant this response from me. There is always a second side to alligations.
When I reached out to various models to headline this event it was because I was so impressed with the impact that there presence on the bbw community had made. I felt personally that it would be an honor to have such an accomplished personality come and celebrate birthday wishes.
That's how the 41/41 birthday party came to life. The idea was birthed back in January 2012. It was discussed then with a previous employee of fanfest, and suggestion was made to alert fanfest of the event. The employee who is no longer was sent a text from the bbw fanfest creator saying-it was OK, to do this on July 12, because at that time there was NO scheduled fanfest event that evening. There was however the bbwswingersfest, which mimi melons and desire from southerncharms was hosting.
With such a positive response from supportive bbw porn actresses, and producers from past and present relationships, it was decided on a business factoring BigMouth Promotions open the doors to a market of other networking availability that would potentially complement the bbw industry. A plus size positive caterer, A potential accountant who understood that the bbw porn industry is a hard niche to make monies in due to free content being distributed. A plus size acceptance venue that could support the more voluptuous person and comfortably in a booth style setting. There was also potential in BigMouth Promotions for marketing abilities for the plus size community.
This also opened the doors for record label's and musical artists, to support and possibly use the larger personalities in the video spot light. Meetings of other local and longer distant business that could bridge a gap in the adult bbw/ssbbw porn industry. BigMouth Promotions also took into factor, after months of media supported search, advertising for the convention was limited to adult circuit's and some brief accouters with plus size events on local las vegas support. a local paid sponsorship with a Vegas based Internet radio station was a small part of coverage. Models who participated in the fanfest were suppose to advertise? I dont recall xbiz,urbanxawards or adultcon making that a requirement.
I was also informed that bbw fanfest models locally were to be in seat, and on air for the event promotion. I was not contacted, due to the person who was conducting the marketing on that.
After the announcement of the pornstar frenzy, multiple bbwfanfest employees where contacted at various conventions-including Florida's adult convention where a bbwfanfest employee discussed with multiple models personal reference of me and my business practices. though this repersentive of bbwfanfest, has never met me, canceled a meeting in January to meet with me, and has yet to reschedule.
After the announcement of the pornstar frenzy, multiple bbwfanfest employees where contacted at various conventions-including Florida's adult convention where a bbwfanfest employee discussed with multiple models personal reference of me and my business practices. though this repersentive of bbwfanfest, has never met me, canceled a meeting in January to meet with me, and has yet to reschedule.
They declared that my association with fanfest was none-which was untrue-I was on the roster, was removed recently and on the list for red carpet nomination as ssbbw of year.
These ladies are still employed with fanfest, and to date still continue to fabricate more fictitious statements on business practices of mine.
Bottom line, if your unclear what Bigmouth Promotions is doing, Don't assume its a personal attack on your business, convention or what ever deems to fit your money marvels.
I truthfully can speak that, when I am asked about fanfest and my experiences I'm not going to lie about it. The lack of correlating event information. the inconsistencies of email responses, and laxity with return phone calls. the ill managed public display of dispositions locally, and the extreme bulling of text, email and phone calls to my business in deterrence of the event. I also have a recorded message from the marketing personality stating that on July 12, there is a $10,000 dollar pay out contest at plush on the night of the pornstar frenzy. No one else, received that call. Threatening model contracts after finding that attendances where confirmed and having them refere back to a fanfest employee. they really should rethink that.
So take in to consideration who is speaking on "ill" business practices. These employees who are suppose to represent a first time convention in the best of light, has shed to those who see them as they portray. Poor business practices, and fowl play dispositions to corner market a dollar. Also reflect on the creditability of the mouths that speak. They speak ill, and yet say that they are so supportive of the bbw community. How is it that in this community, you manage to isolate, intimidate, and fabricate what a business is doing when you have no conjointment of ventures.
I wish nothing of the best of success in this convention. please proceed with dignity and professional respect.
I can tell you, the Hilton doesn't ask Caesars for event permission. I did as a courteous awareness.
